9. Cancellation and Refunds

Sandy Toes shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to fulfill reservations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, public emergencies, utility failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
